These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Flat Rate Shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) using Ninja Van Delivery Service. Ninja Van’s delivery standard is 2 – 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of RM6.00 applies to orders shipping to peninsular Malaysia. We do not ship to Sabah, Sarawak and outside of Malaysia at the moment.
Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address before the order has been arranged for shipment or dispatched.
P.O Box and Military Address
We do not ship to P.O Box addresses and unable to ship to military addresses at the moment.
Tracking Notification
When your order status moves to Shipped, customers will receive a tracking link on their order page from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. Customer will be able to track their delivery via https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking
