Exchange and Return
Please be informed that items(s) sold are not returnable/exchangeable unless the item(s) received are faulted or defected which are caused from Vibe®. Item(s) faulted or defected by our courier service will not be held responsible by Bonafide Cosmetics.
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back because of faulty item(s), you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange and return. Please note that Reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The color of packaging is different from the website”, will not be considered as valid grounds for refund or exchange.
Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; and you need to bear the shipping cost to us. However, we will bear the shipping cost when we send back to you (only for the first time of exchange). Please make sure your items are returned unused, with all Bonafide Cosmetics tags (if any) still attached. You must present original receipt and it must also be in the original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please contact our customer care team by emailing [email protected] if you have any further questions.
Returning Your Purchase
Simply email or call us and send your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please follow the steps below to return your purchase:

Email us at [email protected] and state the reason(s) why you need to return.

Make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Bonafide Cosmetics tags (if any) still attached.

Once you send back your item(s), we assume you agreed to our Terms & Conditions and our Return Policy.

Once returned request approved, you can exchange for a new product, as long as it is the same product.

You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. Please email to [email protected] if you intend to do this and send your purchase to the following address: Bonafide Cosmetics, No.2 Jalan CU9, Taman Cheras Utama, 56000 Kuala Lumpur.
Receiving A Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will notify you once payment is ready. Important Note: The refunded amount will be for the price of the item(s) only. Original delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.
Our Policy

Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Bonafide Cosmetics account (if applicable).
Late Returns
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of Bonafide Cosmetics. However, 10% of the item(s) price will be charged if it is returned to us for more that 7 days after receiving it. Under the rare occasion that the customer failed to return the item within the stipulated time, a valid reason must be provided.
Sales, Discounted Items & Final Sale
During our sale clearance, Sales and Discounted Item(s) are not eligible for refund or exchange. Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged as well.
